    Three family members went to Mr. Dossey’s office with a problem that was entwined and needed to be untangled. We needed the knowledge of a CPA and Lawyer to help us sort out the best way to handle our situation. Without hesitation Mr. Dossey “listened” and he gave feedback that was beneficial, substantive and informative. When we left and ask him to prepare the paperwork he completed a draft in short order and we gave feedback on the draft. Again, he communicated with us immediately and carried through on concerns that were voiced about his proposal. When we met again to sign the papers he went over everything, met and doubled down on a concern I had with stronger language and answered all questions. His office filed all paper work immediately and mailed all copies necessary to us.     After reading Jill Schlesinger's book, "The Dumb Things Smart People Do with their Money," I felt the need to put my estate planning documents together. Jill had a specific chapter on Estate Planning, which revealed several stories on how people failed to execute an estate plan. I had the basics, but one document that the book recommended was a Living trust, which was something that I never thought to include in my overall estate plan. I immediately called my estate planning attorney that prepared my initial Will to understand the process. It took two meetings to convince me that he had no clue about a living trust. I searched and found Jim through the Fidelity Estate Planner attorneys to inquire. This was shortly before Christmas and Jim arranged a meeting to discuss the living trust. He was extremely patient in explaining the process and the scope to execute the will. Jim was able to do in one hour, what my previous Estate Planning attorney couldn't do in 2 months. After our meeting, I felt confident that Jim was the right choice and one month later, we executed the Living Trust. I was extremely pleased with the process and will use Jim in the future.
